EQUIVALENT CONSUMPTION MINIMISATION STRATEGY (ECMS)

ECMS calculates an equivalent fuel consumption for all power sources in real-time, including the energy stored in batteries. It then determines the optimal power split to minimise overall energy consumption while maintaining system performance and battery state of charge.
